Basement steps

If you've been wondering what's been consuming pretty much all of my time (aside from the endless organizing and re-organizing) it is.
Bottom level stairs...4 coats later. I'm thinking I need better paint for the top level...4 coats is a giant waste of time.

Oh, and Todd and I finally split a "swingle". (Small round key lime pie dipped in chocolate and frozen on a stick) I like my sweets--but this was almost too much.

My neighbor 2 doors down has a plot of land by Floyd Bennett Field where she grows edibles...and tonight sitting on the stoop I became the recipient of one of the biggest zucchini I have ever seen.Mmmm...wish we had a grill....
